An extremely rare miniature piece done entirely in hollie point. Worked as tiny spot motifs, this type of work was used as insertions to decorate baby clothes. The patterns appear as tiny pin-prick holes giving a lace-like appearance. Along with her name, the design consists of fleur-de-lys, stylized flower heads, linked hearts and crowns.
